Ear candling is a natural ear cleaning technique, drawing from the ear,
noxious toxins in the form of powder and wax.
We use Ear Candles made from premium beeswax and essential oils. They are on average 32cm long and are tapered for maximum efficiency.
The Ear Candles are made from unbleached calico, premium grade bees wax and essential oils. They are also made by a qualified herbalist.
How is Ear Candling done?
We use our own candles to draw from
your ears. The candles are hollow and the large end of the candle is lit.
The smaller part of the candle is placed into a plastic cone (determined
by the size of your opening in your ear).
We cover the end of the cone to prime to Candle to work. This produces a circulating smoke within the candle. This smoke provides a gentle vacuuming technique that allows the toxins to be drawn up into the cone and the candle.
The candle is cut up to three times during the treatment. What this means is that the candle and cone is removed from your ear, and the top of the candle is cut into a bowl of water.
Next the candle and cone are cleaned out. You will be absolutely amazed how much powder and wax comes out of your ears.
How long does
a Ear Candling take?
Depending on your own
ears, usually around one hour.

How will I feel during the Ear
Candling?
This is a gentle, relaxing
treatment. You may hear the end of the candle
burning and you may feel warmth in the area the candle is working on.
